Sloping Sites

We fabricate the steel sub structure to fit each site individually. We can work with most situations without the need for wholesale dig outs and major construction work.

Underground Drainage Pipes

We fabricate a trap door through the base where required. This way, there is no need to re site the entire pipe work system and it is still fully accessible and functioning properly.

Difficult Access

If you live in a mid terrace or have another difficult issue regarding access to the site, we can simply fabricate the unit in small enough sections to carry them through the house.

Extend-A-Rooms are made up of three basic components. Roof - Wall Frames - Base

Base

We have our own steel engineering plant based in Accrington. Tony Morgan our General Manager there, has high standards and our quality of manufactured product is outstanding. Our production line is staffed by experienced welders and assisted by modern apprentices.

Wall Frames

We are supplied with the best home grown frame system we can find. Profile 22 has been producing extruded PVCu products for decades and the company is recognised as an industry leader.

Roof

Global and Ultraframe are the best in the market in the supply of roofing systems. We work closely with the systems suppliers and have developed our whole unit specification in close collaboration with them.

Glass

Glass is another major component in our rooms. Again we have chosen to work with the two major suppliers in the industry, Pilkington and Saint-Gobain. Our glass units are all double paned and have a 28mm deep configuration. Specialist glass specifications are available to exceed all relevant requirements.

  • Fully insulated floor, 50mm deep within steel floor joists.
  • Tongue and groove internal warmfloor.
