Difficult sites do not need to be more expensive sites

Building On Sloping Ground

The structural steel base of your conservatory can be manufactured to fit on to sloping ground. The conservatory steel base is made to measure to fit on to the site, rather than excavating the site and laying concrete strip foundations and then building a brick wall on to that, which is the costly alternative. The steel base method can save weeks of time and labour.

Drains and Underground Pipes

The structural steel base is made to the exact requirements of each site for each conservatory. Ground level drains and gulleys have a trap door access hatch through the floor. Underground pipes can be spanned without the need to dig up and re-route drainage systems saving up to thousands of pounds.

Terraced Houses and Places with Difficult Access

If you live in a mid terrace house with no back lane or have another difficulty regarding access to the site, we may be your only realistic option.

As we manufacture all parts individually we can ensure that the component parts of the job are made in small enough sections to be carried through your home – without turning it in to a building site. We can walk a whole room through your house in less than 1 hour in component form.

Steel Bases and Brickwork Walls

We have our own steel engineering plant, based on the outskirts of Blackburn. When the technical survey for your extension arrives here the Team will get to work on the steel fabrication aspects of your base and walls.

Each new room is a made to measure project and once complete we then deliver it to our central distribution centre in Telford, ready for delivery to site, with the roof and walls.

PVCu Wall Frames
Profile 22

At the moment, All Glass sides are very popular. Brickwork walls and solid panels are also available or any combination of all three options. Where our windows are concerned we use the Profile 22 System, which we beleive is the best proprietary system we can find . Our window system is at the cutting edge of multi chambered pvcu frame design and performance in terms of thermals, strength and looks. It is available with a full range of glazing options. We also offer both timber and aluminium systems, which can be required for planning permission.

Roof Systems
Ultraframe Global

Global and Ultraframe are best in class systems. We work closely with these systems suppliers and are constantly developing our whole room specification maximising performance, reducing costs and optimising resources to help the planet. You can choose from a wide range of roof colours, shapes, sizes and glazing options.

Glass
Saint-Gobain Pilkington

Glass is another major component in our rooms. Again we have chosen to work with the two industry leaders, Pilkington and Saint-Gobain. Our glass units are all double paned and have a 28mm thickness of configuration. Some roof specs' have 24mm units. Specialist, technical glass specifications are available and your own room size, use and position in terms of sun light will help decide the best product for the job at the right price.
