The challenge

Acquiring planning permission when the house already has extensions can be difficult. We have no decision making powers but we do have a lot of experience and can help design a suitable structure and our team walk it through the planning process.

The solution

Having borne all this in mind, a beautiful new room wrapping around the corner was designed. It fitted into a space totally unused before and had a self cleaning glass roof. The steel base works had different levels as it went around the corner ... this project needed experienced handling.

The result

The result was a stunning new room, the feel of space is beautiful the open clear views through the glass roof is amazing with sliding doors to allow the garden to be visually brought into the house.
