Bespoke Conservatory in Tattershall, Lincolnshire
This was an exciting project for the Extend-A-Room team; a retirement / holiday home that had enormous potential to extend towards the lake!
The challenge
The main challenge was that the lodge was facing a lake on a sloping site. This can cause many issues, particularly with the foundations of any planned conservatory. Additionally, Extend-A-Room were asked for a much bigger
extension than is typically requested, a challenge that was gladly accepted.
The solution
The Extend-A-Room team created a structural steel portal to support the new room, starting at the steel base and extending to a skeleton frame around the window frames, walls and roof.
The result
The end results is a stunning extension that houses a hot tub, Ddining area and lounge area, all overlooking the lake. We have some fantastic images of this bespoke conservatory.
